Housed within an iconic 1850’s midtown mansion in Baltimore’s historic Mt Vernon neighborhood, The Elephant restaurant is adorned with decorative arts by Tiffany, De Forrest, Waterford, and Rinehart.
Headed by General Manager/Partner Mallory Staley, The Elephant has been recognized as “One of the Top Ten Restaurants in 2016” [by The Baltimore Sun]. Executive Chef/Partner Andy Thomas infuses spices and cooking methods in globally inspired dishes, from Moroccan Tagines to a San Francisco Fisherman’s Stew, based in part on the world travel experiences of The Elephant’s other two partners, Linda Brown Rivelis, President and Steven Rivelis, CEO.
