Located in the Harbor East neighborhood, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant's first Baltimore location brings a made-from-scratch menu with California-inspired cuisine and handcrafted German beers to the city.
With a broad variety of items featuring bold, international flavors, Gordon Biersch’s menu offerings are frequently updated with fresh, innovative items cultivated with seasonal ingredients through constant research and development. The menu at Gordon Biersch tempts guests with an array of one-of-a-kind, chef-inspired dishes, including a large appetizer section featuring their signature Garlic Fries and Southwest Egg Rolls. Their craveable entrées feature a variety of dishes including Lobster & Shrimp Tacos, California Cobb Flatbread, Grilled Chicken & Avocado Sandwich, Bistro Steak Medallions and Crab Stuffed Shrimp, just to name a few.
Brewed on-site in small batches using only the finest and purest ingredients, including authentic Weyermann malt and Hersbrucker hops imported from Germany, Gordon Biersch produces five authentic beers: Golden Export, Hefeweizen, Czech Pilsner, Märzen (Maert-zen), Schwarzbier and a rotating seasonal offering. These signature lagers have been recognized at the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Cup competitions. Gordon Biersch melds traditions that originated nearly 500 years ago with the latest craft brewing innovations.
The 9,500 square foot restaurant and brewery will be open for Lunch, Happy Hour, Dinner and Late Night dining seven days a week. The restaurant features a 279-seat dining room and bar, a 50-seat patio with views of the Baltimore waterfront and an on-site brewery where Gordon Biersch will create signature-handcrafted beers.
